With a passion for quality and creativity, Ashley has been involved in the beauty and creative arts industry since high school. Her mission is to offer everything unique that is a part of her many talents, be it through beauty, art, cooking, freedom of speech, writing or being her adventurous self.     Although every artist has a struggle, Ashley's tenacity was even stronger. Born in Berkeley and raised in El Cerrito California, she spent most of her time in Oakland where majority of her family resides. The Bay Area is the home of the "Artsy" so she had no choice but to embrace her inner artist since pre-school. She was surrounded by all types of cultures, Art ,Creativity, Fashion, and Music. It was something that always excited her.

    Being a daughter of a single mother, Ashley was always encouraged to go for her dreams. She was told anything you want to do, you can achieve it. Despite life's failures and anxieties after becoming a single mother in 2008 she found her self slowly giving up her dreams. After finally achieving her cosmetology license in 2012, she knew that was the missing piece. Over a period of time working in the beauty field for 7 years. Something was missing. The passion she once had started to fade away due to her own mental health issues and working long laboring hours in Beauty retail. Even though she enjoyed her regular clients and helping customers with her broad knowledge of the beauty field. There was a greater purpose she felt wasn't fulfilled and she still wasn't completely happy. 

 

   Depression was one of her biggest downfalls throughout her life and not because of the disorder itself, but because she didn't realize she had it and why. Searching for answers and concerned for her passion. Ashley sought out therapy in 2019. That was one of the best decisions she made in her entire life. She started to learn so much about herself and was able to take on obstacles and mind blocks she constantly struggled with.

    After a year+ she figured out her purpose and decided she wanted to take on a multi-platform customized to share her knowledge about her many passions including being an advocate for those struggling with anxiety and depression too.
